Biography:

Dale joined the firm in 1978, following his graduation cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He quickly assumed leadership of our firm's fast-growing litigation practice and is recognized today as one of Dane County's preeminent litigators of complex business and commercial disputes. Dale has extensive experience and recognized expertise in disputes involving agriculture, dealerships and product distribution; governance and separation of shareholders, officers, partners, and employees; construction, taxation, and insurance law; and software development and technology. Dale also maintains an active business practice, including serving as general counsel to the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation.
