Norm Farnam will present “Special Problems in Foreclosing Condominiums” at the 3rd Annual Real Estate and Business Law Institute sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin. The condominium form of property ownership presents distinctive problems in foreclosures. Norm will focus on understanding competing interests of lenders, owners, condominium associations, and declarants in the foreclosure process as well as the common – but often ignored –pitfalls that can be encountered in the foreclosure process.
