Stroud, Willink & Howard is pleased to announce that Andrew J. Pascaly has joined the firm as an associate attorney. With the addition of Andy, we have another strong resource to help our mid-size companies in a wide range of corporate matters, including taxation, corporate structure, and ownership succession.
Andy grew up in Verona, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin where he earned a degree in Business-Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy. Following graduation, Andy worked for three years as a certified public accountant at a “Big Four” public accounting firm. Andy earned his law degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2013, where he was named to the Dean’s List, graduated cum laude, and received the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award. While in law school, Andy assisted start-up businesses with legal matters, and he served as a volunteer income tax preparer in the Madison community.
As an associate attorney with Stroud, Willink & Howard, LLC, Andy represents the firm’s clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including taxation, corporate structure, and ownership succession. Additionally, Andy assists clients with their estate planning needs, and he has experience with various real estate transactions and zoning matters. Andy clerked for the firm before joining as an associate in 2013.
