Wisconsin Civil Procedure Before Trial is a two-volume book published by Wisconsin State Bar PINNACLE that “provides the map lawyers need to successfully navigate the complex rules found throughout the Wisconsin Statutes and case law, including the local rules of each jurisdiction.” The 5th Edition completely replaces the 4th Edition of the book, incorporating new legal developments.
Norm and John are the co-authors of the Jurisdiction chapter which provides detailed guidance to practitioners on Wisconsin and federal subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, and in rem/quasi in rem jurisdiction.
