Practice Areas

Eva is an associate with Stroud, Willink & Howard, LLC. She received her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. There, Eva worked for the Restorative Justice Project, facilitating victim-offender dialogues in order to hold space for accountability and healing in the wake of crime. This intense experience honed her dispute resolution skills and taught her how to navigate intricate family dynamics.

Before joining Stroud, Eva clerked with an estate planning firm in Milwaukee, where she discovered her interest in estate and business succession planning. At Stroud, she has enjoyed being able to develop her skills in estate and business succession planning, along with other practice areas, including business guidance and representation, real estate, and immigration.

Eva was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended Tulane University in New Orleans. Prior to attending law school, Eva worked for a food recovery tech startup that reduces both food waste and food insecurity by connecting surplus to those in need.

In her free time, Eva enjoys woodworking and exploring the outdoors in Wisconsin.
